Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This covers SuperSnake, the only paid product we offer when purchases are enabled. Playing SnakeForTwo is free.

Who you actually bought from

You buy SuperSnake directly from us — we are the seller and the merchant of record. Stripe processes the payment on our behalf; it is our payment processor, not the seller. Any refund is handled by us, back to your original payment method through Stripe. The rest of this page is about when we do that.

Your legal right to cancel

SuperSnake is digital content that we make available to you as soon as you buy it. At checkout you tell us you want access straight away and confirm that you understand this ends your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because you give that consent before we unlock SuperSnake, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, set out below, which we cannot and do not exclude.

When we refund you

We keep refunds to what the law requires and to our own promise about "lifetime" access:

If SuperSnake is faulty or not as described — we fix it or refund you. If it does not do what we said it does, tell us. We will try to fix it; if we cannot, you get your money back. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we cannot take it away.

If we discontinue SuperSnake — an automatic refund. We describe SuperSnake as lifetime access, which in our Terms and Conditions means for as long as we continue to operate the feature. If we ever stop operating it:

  • We will give you reasonable notice by email.
  • If you bought SuperSnake within the 180 days before that announcement, you get a full refund automatically. You do not need to ask.

When we will not refund you

Outside the two situations above, purchases are final. In particular:

  • You have changed your mind, but SuperSnake works as described. Because you consented to immediate access at checkout, there is no 14-day cooling-off refund.
  • You bought SuperSnake more than 180 days before we announced discontinuing it.
  • We closed your account because you seriously or repeatedly broke the Terms and Conditions.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and tell us roughly when you bought it. That is all we need.

We will reply within a few days and, where a refund is due, process it back to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
